Brad has over 31 years of Accounting and Business Management software consulting, system design, and implementation experience. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche in 1988 as a staff auditor. He moved into the consulting division to assist clients with system analysis and implementation, business plans, and financial projections. In 1991 he joined Business Management Software as a system consultant and sales manager. In 1994 he Co-Founded K & R Consulting Group specializing in Sage MAS90/MAS200/MAS500 sales, training, & support. Today, Brad leads the Sales and Implementation Team as the Chief Solutions Architect. Brad received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a Minor in Management Information Systems from Buena Vista University in 1988. Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa and Nebraska Society of CPA’s.

Dee Kain

Dee started her career at a regional accounting firm in Council Bluffs, Iowa, as a staff auditor in 1988. In 1990, she purchased and operated Norfolk Precision Hearing Aid Centers. Dee Co-founded K&R in 1994, her maiden name is Reichter, which is the R in K & R. Today Dee is in charge of Administration and is the first point of contact for our support team to insure exceptional service and response time. It is very rare today to call into a service company, and have one of the owners answer the phone. Dee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting with a minor in management information systems from Buena Vista University (Storm Lake, Iowa) in 1988.

Austin Kain

Austin graduated from Iowa State University in 2020 with a Master’s of Science in Accounting with a Data Analytics focus and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Austin started his career as a staff accountant at a regional CPA firm, preparing individual and corporate tax returns and assisting on audits, to build a strong base in accounting. He has experience with ERP systems, including Acumatica and Sage 100.

Stephen Jester

Stephen is a seasoned software executive and consultant with 25 years of experience in the areas of practice management, project management and consulting. He brings a wealth of expertise from working and consulting across multiple industry sectors including retail, wholesale distribution, ecommerce, discrete manufacturing, and professional services. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton as well as a certificate degree in Entrepreneurship. He has served on multiple non-profit advisory boards and enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs. Stephen’s ERP software experience includes Sage 100 (formerly MAS90/MAS20), Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Acumatica Cloud ERP.

Tim Griffiths

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Leeds school of Business, and his career spans over 25 years of finance, information technology, and operations experience in growth oriented organizations. Tim’s previous responsibilities range from day-to-day operational and accounting activities of a software development company to managing over $400 million in asset backed securitization portfolios in the equipment leasing industry, to senior level business leadership positions across a variety of companies. Tim has led the evaluation, selection, design, implementation and on-going support for numerous ERP system implementations throughout his career. His experience ranges from custom developed, proprietary in-house solutions to highly integrated ERP solutions with MS Dynamics GP as well as Acumatica. Since 2013, he has focused solely on the Acumatica Cloud ERP solution. His skill set includes thorough e-commerce, retail and wholesale distribution, service industries, fulfillment center operations, data integration and financial reporting functions.

Kevin has over 30 years of manufacturing accounting and information systems experience. Prior to joining K&R in 2005, Kevin was a Corporate Controller for one of the largest pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete building products manufacturers in the nation. Kevin specializes in Sage 100, Sage 500 ERP, Acumatica, and Infor CSI (Syteline) installation, conversion, and training. In addition, Kevin also implements Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University in 1985.

Sue has over 30 years of accounting and information systems experience and joined K & R in 1998. Sue has over 9 years experience as an Information Systems Manager for a major manufacturing company. Sue specializes in Sage 100 ERP & JobOps system conversions, implementation and training. Sue also provides extensive training courses for Crystal Reports. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Math/Computer Science and Accounting from Central College in 1982.

Jean Slusher

Jean attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota-Moorhead, and has over 30 years of experience in finance, information technology, human resource, project management and consulting. She is a licensed CMA and PMP. Prior to getting into consulting, she led finance, IT and HR departments in the retail, nonprofit, consulting and construction industries. Jean’s software experience includes Acumatica Cloud ERP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Great Plains, and QuickBooks. She has been working exclusively as an Acumatica consultant since 2016 specializing in finance, CRM and distribution.

Shaise is very knowledgeable in reporting and automated business operations within Acumatica and strives to have every customer as efficient as possible. In his previous role as Controller for a leading supplier of agricultural services and manufactured products with multiple locations and international sales, he led a team responsible for migrating the ERP system from Sage 100 to Acumatica. Brian has experience with point of sales systems, warehouse management systems and time and attendance systems. He attained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management with a minor in Psychology from Iowa State University.

Greg Polsky has been implementing ERP Applications since 1999. With Greg’s decades of resilience, he ensures the project is always complete and the customer is satisfied. Greg has been working with Acumatica since 2015. While global finance, project accounting, and distribution are his expertise, Greg also implements manufacturing and Warehouse Mobile Management (WMS). He is also an expert in custom reporting and inquiry creation, SQL Management, and data migration. He provides each and every client with the utmost attention, keeping essential communication with decision makers and end users to ensure a successful implementation. He likes to reiterate his slogan to clients as "Quality In - Quality Out” for a company to achieve the best results and ROI on their new ERP system. Prior to joining K & R Consulting Group Laurie was the Director of ERP & Business Processes at one of the largest Technology Solutions Providers in the Midwest. In this position she was responsible for developing, improving, maintaining and recommending software solutions to improve efficiencies and ensure accuracy of data. Sage Certifications include: Sage 100 Certified Application Consultant – Financials/Distribution, Sage 100 Certified Implementation Consultant, Sage 100 Data File Structures, and Sage 100 Technical Consultant.

Pam has over 20 years as an experienced Implementation Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She is skilled in Implementations, Business Process, Customer Support, Requirements Analysis and Report & Query Development. Her consulting experience began with SS&C as the first LMS Investment Software Consultant. Pam successfully converted may high profile insurance clients such as State Farm, UNUM & Lincoln National. Since 2013, Pam has specialized in Acumatica Cloud ERP and converted many clients single-handedly, on-time and under budget. One of the first Acumatica Client Success Stories is for Nebraska Vet Services which Pam converted solo from discovery to production. Pam was also formally invited by Acumatica and participated in the first Hackathon ever held at an Acumatica Summit. Her in-depth of knowledge of Acumatica and desire to provide and maintain customer satisfaction make her a valuable member of our team.

Jacob’s solid development background as well as business and project management know-how allow him to create and manage stellar solutions for clients. Jacob started his professional career developing customizations for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software as an application specialist at a university. Since 2016 he has worked solely on developing custom solutions for Acumatica clients. In 2017, Jacob’s team won the Acumatica Hackathon for developing a stand-out non-standard Acumatica customization. He brings this development expertise and outside-the-box thinking to his work, earning him constant customer satisfaction. Jacob brings great experience creating solutions that allow companies to work with Acumatica in the way that suits them best.

Patrick Guss

Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Moravian College in 2007. He started his career programing applications for the commercial amusement industry. Then, transitioned to a lead programming role working on custom applications and reporting to streamline reclamation via processing of recalls. In 2013, Patrick began installing, upgrading, and creating vertical integrations for Infor Visual’s ERP systems as well as Statistical Process Control software of which he integrated various manufacturing, quality, and inventory control hardware. While deepening his ERP knowledge, Patrick also started supervising, managing, and became the principal software engineer and system architect. Patrick started consulting in 2018, he built ERP customizations for Infor Visual Mfg, CSI/Syteline, and Acumatica to fulfill a wide range of client needs in various manufacturing and distribution industries as well as oversaw project management. During this period, he also created products for this market as well as internal software development kits and APIs to aid in better development and support across multiple teams. Patrick’s breath and deep of knowledge across multiple industries, ERPs, and programming languages allows him to design and maintain Acumatica solutions to address specific client needs within various micro verticals.

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Montclair State University in 2012. Since then he has used his passion for problem solving and technology to pursue a career in programming. He started at PwC where he implemented a Single Sign-On solution used globally for SharePoint application login. In 2016 he was introduced to the world of Acumatica ERP when he was brought in to set up and manage the ERP system for a tech company. This opportunity has allowed him to gain over five years of essential experience in many areas of Acumatica ERP including developing customizations for the platform to meet the company’s needs. Today he’s able to use the knowledge accumulated to help find the solutions needed using the flexibility that Acumatica’s framework offers, to what best fits the unique processes of each client.
